Jerry Foster, owner of Emerald Homes, began his career in a construction driven business.  He looked at the quality of the work that he was doing and he looked at the quality of the work of those around him—in particular, he looked at the many new homes that he witnessed being built.  It quickly occurred to Jerry that he could build homes, too.  In fact, not only could he build homes, but he could build them better.  And so he did.

Emerald Homes was born of Jerry’s vision more than twenty years ago.  Since that time, it has become a true family owned and operated business.  Building custom homes, luxury homes and waterfront homes isn’t just a financial means to an end for Jerry Foster and his family.  It’s their passion.  Jerry’s promise to you is that he will be personally involved in your entire project, from start to finish.

At Emerald Homes, great pride is taken in every step of the custom home building process.  Jerry’s greatest joy in building dream homes is seeing the owners’ faces for the very first time as they walk into their realized dreams.  Jerry develops real, personal relationships with his clients.  He will get to know your family’s specific goals, preferences and tastes and he will make sure that all of these are reflected in every facet of your new, custom built dream home.

Perhaps the greatest testament to the level of service and quality that Emerald Homes provides is this—their repeat customers.  Several times, clients have been so pleased with their experiences with Jerry Foster andEmerald Homes that they have come back to do it all over again.  That says it all!
